    Here are a few excerpts from the “Wok Star Easy Style” DVD.  There’s about an hour and fourty-five minutes of instruction on this disk so there’s a lot of information.  

    The disk includes:

        •  My entire class recorded on-location with all the concepts explained,

        •  Each meal reshot and edited into ten minute clips for easy review,

        •  “Care & Feeding” of your wok,

        •  “Wok Up and Smell the Coffee” (my husband’s segment on how to cook breakfast in the wok
